RESOLUTION NO. 74-27
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION
OF REAL PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES, SPECI-
FICALLY PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, FACILITIES AND UTILITIES,
LOCATED WITHIN THE AREA OF ROSS STREET, FIRST STREET,
BIRCH STREET AND BIRCH PARK
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana does hereby find and declare that the
public interest and necessity require that for redevelopment
purposes, specifically public improvements, facilities, or
utilities, the hereinbelow described real property be condemned.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That such acquisition is done in
a manner consistent with the greatest public good and the least
private injury.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the attached map be entered
as Exhibit A and be used as an illustration of the property to
be condemned. Said Exhibit A is incorporated by this reference
as if fully set forth herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the attached legal descrip-
tion be entered ..s Exhibit B and is the description of the
property to be condemned. Exhibit B is incorporated by this
reference as if fully set forth herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana does hereby find and declare
that "public improvements, facilities or utilities" includes
senior citizens housing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana at its regul~r ~ee~nþ held on the
16th day of December , 1974.

That portion of the Park Tract Addition to Santa Ana as
per map recorded in Book 1, page 30 of Record of Surveys,
Records of Orange County, State of California, described
as follows:

That alley bounded by the following described line:
Beginning of the Southwest corner of Lot 14 of said Park
Tract, said Southwest corner being a point along the North
line of said alley; thence Easterly 416.7 feet along said
North line to the Southeast corner of Lot 28 of said Park
Tract; thence Southerly 10 feet along the Southerly prolonga-
tion of the East line of said Lot 28 to the Northeast corner
of Lot 29 of said Park Tract, said Northeast corner being
a point along the South line of said alley; thence Westerly
416,5 feet along said South line to the Northwest corner of
Lot 15 of said Park Tract; thence Northerly 10 feet along
the Northerly prolongation of the West line of said Lot 15,
to the point of beginning,
