RESOLUTION 74-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AND '!HE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH OOUG MYERS AND ASSOCIATES FOR TECHNICAL
REAL ESTATE SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana (hereinafter referred to as "Agency")
has the need for technical assistance in real estate
matters. particularly as they pertain to development of
large scale shopping centers and office complexes; and
WHEREAS, the "Agency" desires to retain the services
of a consultant to give technical assistance to the
Redevelopment Agency in such real estate matters; and
WHEREAS, the "Agency" has solicited proposals
requesting real estate technical services for the
Redevelopment Project Area; and
WHEREAS. Doug Myers and Associates represent that
they are authorized and qualified to provide such services
for the "Agency";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana hereby
approves the agreement for the real estate technical
services of Doug Myers and Associates which agreement
is attached hereto and referred to as Exhibit "A" and
authorizes the Chairman of the Agency to execute said
agreement on behalf of the "Agency".
