RESOLUTION NO. 75-9 A RESOLUTION OF THE COM1«JNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECEIVING AND FILING A DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT RE- PORT FOR THE AMENDED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA, AND ORDERING TRANSMITTAL TO APPROPRIATE AGENCIES FOR REVIEW AND COMMENT, AND ORDERING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency staff of the City of Santa Ana is preparing an amendment to the Re- development Plan, and has prepared a draft Environmental Impact Report for said amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Re- development Agency of the City of Santa Ana that it hereby receives and files the draft Environmental Impact Report for the proposed amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the City of Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Project Area, and hereby orders the Executive Director of the Agency to transmit copies of the draft Environmental Impact Report, consult with, and obtain comments on the draft Environmental Impact Report, from those public agencies which have jurisdiction by law with respect to the amended portion of the Redevelopment Plan. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Community Redevelopment Agency staff may consult with persons or agencies which have special expertise concerning the environmental impact of the project. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director is hereby ordered to file a copy of the draft Environmental Impact Report in the public libraries within the City of Santa Ana, to be available for inspection by the general public, and to keep a copy available to the public in his office. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director is hereby ordered to transmit the draft Environmental Impact Report to the City of Santa Ana Redevelopment Commission, Project Area Committee and Planning Commission for their review and comment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director is hereby ordered to file a Notice of Completion of the draft Environmental Impact Report with the Secretary of the California State Resources Agency. ," - r-- .
