RESOLUTION NO. 76- ;('6
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO
EXECUTE A LEASE TO THE COUNTY,OF ORANGE OF
AGENCY OWNED PROPERTY, LOCATED AT THE SOUTH-
WEST CORNER OF SANTA ANA BOULEVARD AND MAIN
STREET IN THE PROJECT AREA.
WHEREAS, The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana has acquired certain real properties located
within the survey area; and
WHEREAS, California Health and Safety Code § 33430
permits the Community Redevelopment Agency to dispose of
agency owned property by lease;
, WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana desires to lease agency owned property located
at the southwest corner of Santa Ana Boulevard and Main
Street in the project area to the County of Orange. Said
property to be leased for a term of five (5) years, at a
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) for the full term of the
lease and shall be used as a County employee parking lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Re-
development Agency of the City of Santa Ana, that the Chair-
man of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the
Agency, the lease to the County of Orange, the Agency owned
property located at the southwest corner of Santa Ana Boule-
vard and Main Street in the City of Santa Ana.
