RESOLUTION No. 76-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS
FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said Agency is
hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, the
following Agreements for acquisition of real property:
1.
Sellers:
Gregorio E. Morales, Jr., and Magdalena
Morales, husband and wife as joint
tenants.
Assessor's Parcel No. 8-156-05
Purchase Price:
$30,000.
2.
Sellers:
Howard N. Rupp and Yolanda Rupp

Purchase Price:
$52,500.
3.
Sellers:
A1yn Brannon and Carolyn H. Brannon,
husband and wife
Assessor's Parcel No. 8-156-04.
Purchase Price:
$46,000.
4.
Sellers:
Antonio Rios and Jennie Rios, husband
and wife, Salome Antonio Ortega and
Maria Del pilar Ortega, husband and
wife, Manuel Paz and Consue10 Vega Paz,
husband and wife.
