RESOLUTION NO. 76-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING CERTIFICATION OF JUST COMPENSATION
FOR ACQUISITION OF PARCELS
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana, California is acquiring real property in furtherance
of redevelopment programs for which financial assistance is being
provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development
pursuant to Community Development Grant Programs under Title 1
of the Housing Act of 1949; and
WHEREAS, such acquisition is subject to the Uniform
Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Polic~es
Act of 1970, and regulations of the Secretary of the Department
of Housing in Urban Development pursuant thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, California, that
the Executive Director of the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana, California, upon acceptance of the review
appraiser's report and determination of just compensation (fair
market value), is hereby authorized to make a certification
establishing just compensation (fair market value) for each
parcel on which the determination has been accepted, in accordance
with the procedures established under the regulations of the
Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana at its Regular meeting held on
the 27th day of April, 1976.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly

CERTIFICATION ESTABLISHING JUST COMPENSATION
(FAIR MARKET VALUE) FOR ACQUISITION OF PARCELS

I, Richard E. Goblirsch, the duly appointed, qualified and acting
Executive Director of the community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana, California, herein called the "Local Public Agency",
hereby certify that I have been authorized by Local Public Agency
Resolution 76- , duly adopted by the Governing Body of the Local
Public Agency at a regular meeting on ,1976 as set forth in
the minute book on file at the Local Pub1~c Agency's Central Office
located at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, 92701, to
make the following certification and that the statements contained
herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
1) Just compensation (Fair Market Value) is hereby estab-
lished for the parcels specified on the attached "summary of Just
Compensation (Fair Market Values), labeled Exhibit "A", and which is
by this reference incorporated herein as though fully set forth,
2) All work and reports of appraisers and the determina-
tions and reports of the review appraiser with respect to each prop-
erty specified above are certified as having been performed in a
competent manner in accordance with applicable State law, the Uniform
Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition policies Act of
1970, and policies and requirements of the Department of Housing and
Urban Development.
