RESOLUTION NO. 77- 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING
THE NEW ENVIRONMENTAL RULES OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, 1976 REVISION WITH MODIFI-
CATIONS AND REPEALING ENVIRONMENTAL PRO-
CEDURES AND REGULATIONS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED
BY THE AGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Conununity Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. That, pursuant to Section 21082 of the California
Environmental Quality Act and Section 15050 of the State
EIR Guidelines, the certain document entitled "Environmental
Rules of the City of Santa Ana, 1976 Revision," now on file
with the Clerk of the Council, and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana by Resolution No. 77-4, including
future amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by the Conununity
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as its objectives,
criteria, and specific procedures consistent with the said
Act and Guidelines for the orderly evaluation of projects
and the preparation of environmental documents, except as
provided hereafter.
2. The following modifications are hereby made
to the Environmental Rules of the City of Santa Ana, 1976
Revision, as adopted by this Agency:
A.
Wherever the words "City of Santa Ana"
appear, the words "Conununity
Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana" shall be substituted.
B.
Wherever the words "City Council"
appear, the words "Conununity
Redevelopment Agency" shall be
substituted.
C.
Wherever the word "City" appears
the word "Agency" shall be substitued.
In Section 21, entitled Environmental
Analyst, where the words "The Director
of Planning or any employee within the
Planning Department" appear, the words
"The Executive Director of the Conununity
Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana or any employee within the
Conununity Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana," shall be substituted.
3. The procedures for implementation of the
California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the Regulations
of the California Resources Agencies previously adopted by
the Conununity Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana
by Resolution No. 75-4 are hereby repealed.
