RESOLUTION NO. 78-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE LAW FIRM
OF O'MELVENY AND MYERS TO PROVIDE BOND COUNSEL
SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana:
That that certain "Amendment to ~ent Between
the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Ana and O'Melveny and Myers", form dated 6/23/78, which
said agreement amends paragraph:i! of a certain "Agreement
of Employment" between this Agency and O'Melveny and Myers,
is hereby approved, and the Chairman of this Agency is
hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
on behalf of this Agency.
