RESOLUTION NO. 78-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE GRANT
DEED FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY IN
THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Conununity Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Anac
That the Chairman of said Agency is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the Agency and deliver to the City of
Santa Ana, a Grant Deed for that certain real property described
as:
PARCEL 1:
The Easterly 15,00 feet of Lots 1 and 10 in Block 6 and
the Easterly 15,00 feet of Lots 1 and 10 in Block 7 of
the "Dawson and Cwmnings Addition to the Town of Santa
Ana" recorded in Book 13, page 47, of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
EXCEPTING therefrom the Southerly 84 feet of Lot 10 in
said Block 7.
PARCEL 2:
That portion of Lot 1 in Block 6 of the "Dawson and Cum-
mings Addition to the Town of Santa Ana" recorded in Book
13, page 47, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
A spandrel shaped area bounded Northerly by the North line
of said Lot 1; bounded Easterly by the West line of the
hereinabove previously described Parcell; bounded South-
westerly by the arc of a curve concave Southwesterly having
a radius of 25 feet being tangent to said North and West
lines.
PARCEL 3:
The Westerly 15.00 feet of Lot 14 of the Park Tract Addi-
tion to Santa Ana, as per map recorded in Book 1, page 30
of Record of Surveys, Records of Orange County, California.
