RESOLUTION NO. 78-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 78-7 TO INDICATE THE AGENCY'S
INTENTION THAT POSSESSION AND USE OF THE
REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN SAID RESOLUTION
NOT BE TAKEN BEFORE SIX MONTHS THEREAFTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana:
That Resolution No. 78-7 of this Agency, adopted
on April 25,1978, is hereby amended, by adding thereto the
following paragraph 7.
7. Notwithstanding the provisions of
paragraph 6 above, this Agency determines
that possession and use of said real property,
described in paragraph 2 above, shall not be
taken before at least six (6) months from
and after the date hereof to permit the
present owner and occupier thereof time
to attempt to relocate therefrom,
and if substantial progress towards such re-
location has been made within said period of
time (for example, if land has been acquired
and plans are being drawn up but have not been
completed), so that additional time is re-
quired to effect said owner and occupier's
removal therefrom, then the Agency will con-
sider an extension of the time before which
possession and use of said real property will
be taken,
