RESOLUTION NO, 78-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT
FOR LEGAL SERVICES BETWEEN EUGENE B, JACOBS,
A PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION, AND THE SANTA
ANA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Aqency
of the City of Santa Ana:
That the Chairman of said Agency is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the Agency that certain Agreement entitled
"First Amendment to Agreement for Legal Services," form dated
April 18,1978.
