A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN
OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR EXCHANGE
OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") intends
to convey Parcel A, the description of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference to Santa Ana First
Federal Savings and Loan Association ("First Federal") and,
WHEREAS, First Federal intends to convey Parcel B, the
description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated
herein by reference to Agency,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said Agency is
hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, the following
Agreement for Exchange of Real Property:

the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
