RESOLUTION NO. 82-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
.
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property owned by
Don Peiper located at 101 N. Harbor
Blvd. & 118 Fiqueroa St. in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor Boulevard
Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 45,46,47,48,49 and the West 10 feet of Lot 50, all
in Block A of Tract No. 546, West Santa Ana Park, as per map
recorded in Book 21, page 35 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPT the West 15.00 feet of said Lot 48.
