RESOLUTION NO. 82-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 605 N. JACKSON ST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Communi ty Redevelopment Law (Cal ifornia Health and Safety
Code 55 33000 et seq.), that certain property owned by
Evangeline Lopez located at
605 N. Jackson Street in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein'by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor Boulevard
Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

EXHIBIT A
All that certain real property situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana, described as
follows:
Parcell
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 10, TQwnShip 5 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the North line of Tract No.
447, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 17, page 12 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, said point being 170.00 feet Northerly and
635.00 feet Westerly from the Southeast corner of the
Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 10; thence Northerly parallel with the East
line of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of said Section 10,250.00 feet; thence Westerly
parallel with the South line of the Northeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of said Section 10, 655.00
feet to a point 30.00 feet East of the West line of the
Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 10, said point being the True Point of
Beginning of the boundary of the land herein described;
thence South parallel with said West line of the
Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, 50.00 feet;
thence East parallel with said South line of said
Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, 120.00
feet; thence North, parallel with said West line, 50.00
feet; thence West 120.00 feet to the true point of
beginning.
