RESOLUTION NO. 82-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT325 N. HARPER ST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code 55 33000 et seq.), that certain property owned by
Arturo F'. niaz located at
325 N Har~pr ~treet in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifical y described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein'by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor Boulevard
Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

All that certain real property situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana, described as
follows:
The South 64.00 feet of the North 404.00 feet of the West
half of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 5 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California.
