RESOLUTION NO. 82-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 311-313 N. HARPER ST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code 55 33000 et seq.), that certain property owned by
Calixlo Hernandez and Euqenio Veqa located at
311-313 N. Harper Street in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein'by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor Boulevard
Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

All that certain real property situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana, described as
follows:
The North 65.00 feet of the South 195.00 feet of the West
one-half of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 5 South,
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the
Rancho Las Bolsas, as shwon on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 7 of Miscellaneous M~s, Records of Orange County,
California.
