RESOLUTION NO. 82-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 517-519 N. JACKSON ST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(9) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code S§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property owned by
Jesus G. Garcia located at
517-519 N. Jackson Street in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein-by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor Boulevard
Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

10, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian; thence Northerly parallel with the
East line of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest
