RESOLUTION NO. 82-87
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 210 S. MAIN ST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
l. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000et seq.), that certain property owned by
Donald J. McLau9hlin and Oliver MarQuis located at
210 S. Main Street in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein-by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana South Main Street
Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

All that certain real property situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana, described as
follows:
The South one-half (1/2) of Lot Ten (10) in Block Eight (8) of
"palmer's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana", as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 34, page 87 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
