OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
May 26, 1981
The meeting was called to order at 5:36 p.m. by Mayor Bricken in the City
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Councilmembers present were John
Acosta, R. W. Luxembourger, Patricia A. McGuigan, and M~yor Gordon Bricken.
Also present were City Manager A. J. Wilson, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper,
and Deputy Clerk of the Council Nancy Byron Dean. Councilmembers Daniel E.
Griset, J. Ogden Markel, and Alfred C. Serrato arrived at 5:39 p.m.
INVOCATION
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Following the Pledge of Allegiance
to the Flag, the Invocation was given
by Mayor Gordon Bricken.
CRA & CITY COUNCIL Following discussion by the Community
JT. MTG. - RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE Redevelopment Agency and City Council
REV. BONDS; TOWN SQUARE CONDOS. of the financial ramifications of
RES. NO. 81-84 - ADOPTED issuing residential mortgage revenue
bonds for Town Square condominiums,
the Council took action on the matter.
MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Luxembourger, to adopt the following
resolution;
RESOLUTION NO. 81-84 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
ISSUANCE BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA OF RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE REV-
ENUE BONDS, ISSUE OF 1981, SERIES A, (PARTICIPATION
PURCHASE AND LOAN TO LENDER PROGRAM) IN A PRINCIPAL
AMOUNT OF $15,730,000.
