RESOLUTION NO. 82-67
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 601 NO. JACKSON
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
601 No. Jackson in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana Nort? Harbor
Boulevard Redevelopment ProJect.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

The West 120 feet of the following described property:
Beginning at a point in the North line of Tract No. 447,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 17, a t page 12, of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, said
point being 170 feet Northerly and 635 feet Westerly
from the Sou theas t corner of the Northeas t quarter of
the Sou thwes t quarter of Section 10, in Township 5 Sou th,
Range 10 west, SB&M; thence Northerly parallel with the
Eas t line of the Northeas t quarter of the Sou thwes t
quarter of said Section 10, 250 feet; thence westerly
parallel with the South line of the Northeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of said Section 10, 655 feet to a
point 30 feet East of the West line of the Northeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 10;
thence Sou therly parallel wi th the Wes t 1 ine of the
Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Sec-
tion 10, 250 feet to the North line of said Tract No.
447; thence Easterly along the North line of said Tract
No. 447, 655 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting
therefrom the South 150 feet and the North 50 feet.
