A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3316 3318 A & B
3320 A & B, 3322 A & B W 7TH ST, SANTA ANA CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
~O~& ~~ 33000 et seg.)~ that certain property located at
,~22'J\ ,,8'RAw&7~(, ~~20 If. & in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana Nor~Q Hñrhor
Bonlevñrd Redevelopment ProJect.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Offiçial Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The West 90.00 feet of the East 180.00 feet of that
portion of the Northeas t quarter of the Sou thwes t quar-
ter of Section 10, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Los Bolsas, as said section is shown on a map
recorded in Book 51, page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said county, de-
scribed as follows:

Beginning at a point on the North line of Tract No. 447,
as per map recorded in Book 17, Page 12 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said coun-
ty, said point being 170.00 feet northerly and 635.00
feet westerly from the Southeast corner of said North-
east quarter; thence northerly 250.00 feet parallel with
the east line of said northeast quarter; thence Westerly
655.00 feet parallel with the south line of said North-
east quarter to a point 30.00 feet east of the West line
of said northeast quarter; thence Southerly 250.00 feet
parallel wi th the West line of said northeast quarter to
the north line of said Tract 447; thence easterly 655.00
feet along the north line of said Tract No. 447 to the
point of beginning.
