RESOLUTION NO. 82-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSENTING TO THE ASSIGNMENT
OF COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROJECT AGREEMENTS FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 116 WEST FOURTH STREET
WHEREAS, T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K. McCulloch
entered into a "Commercial Rehabilitation Participation
Agreement" with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana for rehabilitation of real property located
at 116 West Fourth Street in the City of Santa Ana, pursuant
to the Major Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Program carried
on by the Agency and Wells Fargo Bank; and
WHEREAS, T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K. McCulloch
do now desire to convey said real property to Jack McCulloch
and Joy R. McCulloch, and to assign and delegate to them all
their rights and duties pursuant to the said "Commercial
Rehabilitation Participant Agreement" and subsequent agree-
ments and commitments entered into pursuant to the Program;
and
WHEREAS, Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch de-
sire to acquire said property and assume the rights and
obligations of T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K. McCulloch
under said Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. This Agency does hereby consent to the con-
veyance of the real property located at 116 West Fourth
Street from T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K. McCulloch to
Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch, and to the assignment
and delegation by T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K. McCulloch
of all their rights and obligations under that certain .Com-
mercial Rehabilitation Participation Agreement," dated
August 17,1981, on file in the office of the Executive
Director of the Agency, and under all subsequent agreements
and commitments entered into pertaining to the rehabilita-
tion of the abovesaid real property, to Jack McCulloch and
Joy R. McCulloch.

2. The Chairman of the Agency is authorized to
execute the Agency's consent to an "Assignment and Delega-
tion Agreement" between T. Douglas McCulloch and Donna K.
McCulloch as Assignor and Jack McCulloch and Joy R.
McCulloch as Assignee.
