OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
June 22, 1981
The joint meeting of the Santa Ana City Council and Housing Authority was
called to order by Vice Mayor Luxembourger at 4:40 p.m. in Room 831, City
Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. Councilmembers present were John Acosta,
J. Ogden Markel, Patricia A. McGuigan and Vice Mayor R. W. Luxembourger.
Also present were City Manager A. J. Wilson, City Attorney Edward J.
Cooper, Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy and four members of the Santa
Ana Housing Commission. Councilmembers Alfred C. Serrato and Daniel E.
Griset joined the meeting at 4:42 p.m. and 4:44 p.m. respectively.
Mayor Gordon Bricken was absent.

was made by Serrato, seconded
by Acosta to authorize the Vice Mayor to communicate City's endorsement of
application to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for addi-
tional certificates under "Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment Program".
Motion passed on the following vote:
