RESOLUTION NO. 82-19
.
A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RECEIVING THE
PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE
SANTA ANA SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD/FAIRVIEW
STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AND REFERRING
THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION FOR REPORT AND
RECOMMENDA TION
WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment
Commission has prepared and completed a Redevelopment Plan
for the Santa Ana South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street
Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment
Law (Health and Safety Code, Section 33000 et seq.) provides
in Section 33356 that prior to a joint public hearing on a
redevelopment plan, the proposed plan shall be submitted to
the planning commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Ana
Redevelopment Commission as follows:

The proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana
South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street Redevelopment Project
is hereby received by the Commission and referred to the
Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana for report and
recommendation.
ADOPTED this 20th day of
