A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR A PARKING LOT LOCATED
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF FIFTH STREET BETWEEN
BUSH AND SPURGEON STREETS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain" Lease
Agreement," form dated 3/3/82, for the lease of a parking
lot located on the south side of Fifth Street between Bush
and Spurgeon Streets to a joint venture composed of Robert
Keeney, Harold Butts, and James D. Meehan, copies of which
are on file in the office of the Executive Director of the
Agency and to which reference is hereby made for full
particulars.

2. The Executive Director of the Agency is
hereby authorized to take all steps, and to sign all
agreement, documents and instruments necessary to implement
and carry out the abovesaid Agreement on behalf of the
Agency.
