A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSENTING
TO THE ASSIGNMENT OF COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION
PROJECT AGREEMENTS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
214-220 WEST FOURTH STREET
WHEREAS, Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch
entered into a .. Commercial Rehabil i tat ion Partic ipa tion
Agreement" with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana for the rehabilitation of real property
located at 214-220 West Fourth Street in the City of Santa
Ana, pursuant to the Major Commercial Rehabilitation Loan
Program carried on by the Agency and Wells Fargo Bank; and
WHEREAS, Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch do
now desire to convey said real property to Corporate
Developers, a general partnership and to assign and delegate
to them all their rights and duties pursuant to the said
.. Commercial Rehabil i tation Participant Agreement" and
subsequent agreements and commitments entered into pursuant
to the Program; and

WHEREAS, Corporate Developers desires to acquire
said property and assume the rights and obligations of Jack
McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch under said Agreement;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:

1. This Agency does hereby consent to the
conveyance of the real property located at 214-220 West
Fourth Street from Jack McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch to
Corporate Developers, and to the assignment and delegation
by Jack G. McCulloch and Joy R. McCulloch of all their
rights and obligations under that certain" Commercial
Rehabilitation Participation Agreement," dated August 17,
1981, on file in the office of the Executive Director of the
Agency, and under all subsequent agreements and commitments
entered into pertaining to the rehabilitation of the
abovesaid real property, including those set forth in
Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, to Corporate Developers.
2. The Chairman of the Agency is authorized to
execute the Agency's consent to an .. Assignment and

Delegation Agreement" between Jack McCulloch and Joy R.
McCulloch as Assignor and Corporate Developers as Assignee.
