RESOLUTION NO. 82-8
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE A
FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND KATZ, HOLLIS,
COREN AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redeyelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to
execute that certain agreement entitled "First Amendment to
Agreement for Consulting Services" between the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Katz,
Hollis, Coren and Associates, Inc., form dated 1/18/82, a
copy of which is on file in the office of the Executive
Director of the Agency.
