RESOLUTION NO. 82-5
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
AN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT WITH
PHILIPSON DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP FOR
PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE "A-l SITE"
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Agency that certain agreement entitled
"Exclusive Negotiation Agreement," form dated 1/27/82,
between the Agency and Philipson Development Partnership,
for property known as the "A-2 Site," copies of which are on
file in the office of the Executive Director of the Agency
and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars.
