RESOLUTION NO. 83-34
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A GRANT DEED TO
BROADWAY IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, INC., A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to
execute that certain Grant Deed between the Agency as Grantor and
Broadway Improvement COmpany, Inc., a California corporation, as
Grantee, copies of which are on file in the Office of the Executive
Director of the Agency to which reference is hereby made for full
particulars.
