RESOLUTION NO. 83-16

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND
MARCOS A. YORBA AND MICHAEL J. YORBA, SUCCESSOR
CO-TRUSTEES OF THE RANCHO P.S. YORBA TRUSTS
DATED JUNE 14, 1974, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
116-116-1/2 NORTH FLOWER STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows:

1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement
entitled "Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property and
Escrow Instructions," between the Agency and Marcos A. Yorba
and Michael J. Yorba, successor co-trustees of the Rancho
P.S. Yorba Trusts dated June 14,1974, for property located
at 116-116-1/2 North Flower Street, copies of which are on
file in the office of the Executive Director of the Agency
and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency is
hereby authorized to take all steps, and to sign all
documents and instruments necessary to implement and carry
out the Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
