RESOLUTION NO. 80-126
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR
ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND A LEASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND
MISSIONARIES AT HOME, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. That the Chairman of the Agency is authorized
to execute on behalf of the Agency that certain "Agreement
for Acqui s i tion of Real Property, II form da ted 12/3/80
between the Agency and Missionaries at Home, Inc., a copy of
which agreement is on file in the office of the Executive
Director of the Agency.
2. That the Chairman of the Agency is authorized
to execute on behalf of the Agency that certain "Lease
Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana and Missionaries at Home, Inc.," form
dated 10/29/80, a copy of which agreement is on file in the
office of the Executive Director of the Agency.
