RESOLUTION 80-119
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN
OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION
OF REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND LLOYDS BANK
CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement entitled "Agreement
Between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana and L10yds Bank California" referred to herein as
"said agreement," form dated 10/10/80, copies of which are on
file in the office of the Executive Director of the Agency
and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby
authorized to take all steps, and to sign all documents and
instruments including, but not limited to, that certain "Lease
Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana and L1oyds Bank California for Parking
Purposes," form dated 11/6/80, and that certain "Lease Agree-
ment between the Community Redevelopment Agency of The City
of Santa Ana amd L10yds Bank California for Parking Purposes,"
form dated 10/20,80, attached to said agreement as "Exhibit
D" and Exhibit F," respectively.
