RESOLUTION NO. 80-109

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR
LEGAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND
WEISER, KANE, BALLMER, AND BERKMAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
That the Chairman of the Agency is authorized to
execute in behalf of the Agency that certain agreement
entitled "Agreement for Legal Services," form dated 9/8/80
between the Agency and Weiser, Kane, Ballmer, and Berkman, a
copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the
Executive Director of the Agency.
