RESOLUTION NO. 80-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN
OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A FINANCIAL
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of said
Agency is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of said
Agency that certain "Amendment to Agreement Between the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and
Stone and Youngberg, Municipal Financing Consultants, Inc.,11
form dated July 16, 1980, a copy of which is on file in the
office of the Executive Director of the Agency and to which
copy reference is hereby made for full particulars.
ADOPTED this 15th day of September
1980 by the following vote:
