RESOLUTION NO. 80-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
ITS CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE "AGREEMENT FOR SER-
VICES OF INVESTMENT BANKER (COMMERCIAL
REDEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION LOANS)"
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana ("Agency") that its Chairman
is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the Agency that
certain Agreement, entitled "Agreement for Services of
Investment Banker (Commercial Redevelopment Construction
Loans) ," form dated 7-14-80 , between Agency and
E. F. Hutton and Company, Inc.
