RESOLUTION NO. 80-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH ECONOMIC RESEARCH ASSOCIA~ES
FOR A PARKING ASSESSMENT COST ALLOCATION STUDY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is authorized to execute on
behalf of the Agency that certain agreement entitled
"Agreement for Parking Assessment Cost Allocation Study,"
Form dated 6/l9/80,between the Agency and Economics Research
Associates, a copy of which is on file in the office of the
Executive Director of the Agency and to which reference is
hereby made for further particulars.
2, The Executive Director of the Agency is
hereby authorized to take all steps, and to sign all
documents and instruments necessary to implement and carry
out the Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
