RESOLUTION NO. 80-72
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING A FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND KEYSER MARSTON
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ECONOMIC SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLŒlS:
That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of said Agency, that certain" Fourth
Amendment to Agreement Between the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Keyser Marston
Associates, Inc.," form dated 6/17/80, a copy of which is on
file in the office of the Executive Director of said Agency,
to which copy reference is hereby made.
