RESOLUTION NO. 80-59
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
KATZ, HOLLIS, COREN AND ASSOCIATES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana:
That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain "Agreement for
Financial Consulting Services," form dated 5/2:9/80 ,
with Katz, Hollis, Coren and Associates, coples of WhlCh are
on file in the office of the Executive Director of the
Agency and to which reference is hereby made for full
particulars.
