RESOLUTION NO. 80-55
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN WESTERN
CENTER ON LAW AND POVERTY, INC. ET AL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized
to execute that certain agreement entitled "Amendment to
Agreement between Western Center on Law and Poverty, Inc.,
et al." between Western Center on Law and Poverty, Inc.,
Legal Aid Society of Orange County, the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana, the City of Santa Ana, and
Civic Center Barrio, copies of which are on file in the
office of the Executive Director of the Agency and to which
copies reference is hereby made for full particulars.
2. The execution of said agreement by the Chairman
shall be after its execution by Civic Center Barrio Housing
Corp., Legal Aid Society of Orange County, and Western
Center on Law and Poverty, Inc.
