RESOLUTION NO. 80-54
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE
~XCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
AGENCY AND FEDERATED DEPARTMENT STORES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
That the ChaikIDan of the Agency is heceby
authocized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, that cectain
"Amendment to Exclusive Negotiation Agceement, " fOkID dated
5/13/80, between the Agency and Fedecated Depactment Stoces,
Inc., a copy of which is on file in the office of the
Executive Dicectoc of Agency and to which copy cefecence is
heceby made foe full pacticulacs.
