RESOLUTION NO. 80-41

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF
THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL
PROPERTY IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman of the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana is
hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, the
following Agreement for Acquisition of Real property:
