At 2:00 p.m., the meeting was called to order by Clerk of the Council
Janice C. Guy in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. No
Councilmembers were present, and the Clerk adjourned the meeting due
to lack of quorum to 1:00 p.m., October 26, 1981, in the City Council
Chambers, Room 147, 22 Civic Center Plaza.
