RESOLUTION NO. 80-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA FROM THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, by action of the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana, on November 21,1977, Assessor Parcel No. 005-
14-33 was declared as surplus real property owned by the
City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, by action of the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana, on November 19,1979, Assessor Parcel No. 008-
052-23 was declared as surplus real property owned by the
City of Santa Ana; and
Whereas, in accordance with Santa Ana Municipal
Code S 2-709, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
authorized sale of said surplus real property to the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana for
redevelopment purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Chairman of said Agency is hereby authorized,
on behalf of the Agency, to execute any and all documents
required to purchase the following real property from the
City of Santa Ana for the hereinbelow purchase prices,
payment of which is hereby authorized:
