RESOLUTION NO. 81-169
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
A COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND DAVID K.
FLAHERTY AND LEVA J. FLAHERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement
entitled "Commercial Rehabilitation Loan Supplemental
Agreement," form dated 12/4/81, between the Agency and David
K. Flaherty and Leva J. Flaherty, copies of which are on
file in the office of the Executive Director of the Agency
and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency is
hereby authorized to take all steps, and to sign all
agreemen~, documents and instruments necessary to implement
and carry out the abovesaid Agreement on behalf of the
Agency.
