RESOLUTION NO. 81-134
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES WITH ULTRASYSTEMS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
AGENCY of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Agency that certain agreement entitled
"Amendment to Agreement for Consulting Services," form dated
11/9/81, between the Agency and Ultrasystems, Inc., copies
of which are on file in the office of the Executive Director
of the Agency and to which reference is hereby made for full
particulars.
