RESOLUTION NO. 81-133

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A SEVENTH ~NDMENT
TO THE EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND FEDERATED DEPARTMENT
STORES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
That the Chairman of the Agency is hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the Agency, that certain
"Seventh Amendment to Exclusive Negotiation Agreement," form
dated 10/29/81, between the Agency and Federated Department
Stores, Inc., a copy of which is on file in the office of
the Executive Director of Agency and to which copy reference
is hereby made for full particulars.
