A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY O~ SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND
THE MCMAHON PARTNERSHIP FOR ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement
entitled "Agreement for Architectural Services," form dated
10/7/81, between the Agency and The McMahon Partnership,
copies of which are on file in the office of the Executive
Director of the Agency and to which reference is hereby made
for full particulars.

2. The Executive Director of the Agency is
hereby authorized to take all steps, and to sign all
documents and instruments necessary to implement and carry
out the Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
