RESOLUTION NO. 81-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A SIXTH AMENDMENT
TO THE EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND FEDERATED DEPARTMENT
STORES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
That the Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the Agency, that certain .Sixth Amendment to
Exclusive Negotiation Agreement" form dated 8/5/81, between the
Agency and Federated Department Stores, Inc., a copy of which is on
file in the office of the Executive Director of Agency and to which
copy reference is hereby made for full particulars.
