RESOLUTION NO. 81-59
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A TERMINATION OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND CALIFORNIA
TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
The Chairman of the Agency is authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain .Termination of
Agreement,. form dated 4/26/81, on file in the office of the
Executive Director of the Agency, between the Agency and
California Teachers Federal Credit Union.
ADOPTED this 20th day of
