RESOLUTION NO. 81-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND PATRICIA K. BRUMMETT
AND GARY BRUMMETT, AND PATRICIA K. BRUMMETT
AS EXECUTRIX FOR THE ESTATE OF NINA OLIVE
DANIEL
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement
entitled "Agreement for Acquisition of Real Property,. form
dated 5/28/76, between the Agency and patricia K. Brummett
and Gary Brummett, and Patricia K. Brummett as executrix for
the Estate of Nina Olive Daniel, copies of which on on file
in the office of the Executive Director of the Agency and to
which reference is hereby made for full particulars.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency is
hereby authorized to take all steps, and to sign all
documents and instruments necessary to implement and carry
out the Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
